No. Agency work sits with Svensk Synlighet. This site is about ventures – our own, and other people’s ideas taken in on the same terms.
No. The idea can start inside Sowandox. A separate company is formed when it pays its own way, not so it looks good on LinkedIn.
As long as Sowandox carries the risk, the operations and the build, we are co-owners. The exact split is agreed in conversation, per company. No single template.
Sowandox can invest with its own money. We are not a fund and have no LPs. Larger rounds are a later conversation.
The three in-house companies prove the model. The same door is open for ideas from outside – if we can build them and want to carry the risk.
