Four steps. Same owner until it pays its own way.

Sowandox is not a menu of services. It is a sequence. A company leaves us when it can stand on its own – not when a sprint ends.

  1. Step 01 · In-house or from outside

    Idea

    An internal experiment – or a pitch from outside. We only take in what we can build and operate ourselves.

    What happens
    A conversation. We look at whether the idea can be built with the capacity we have, and whether we want to carry the risk. Most ideas stop here. That is the point.

    We say yes or no quickly. No demo day, no cohort, no queue.

  2. Step 02 · Inside Sowandox AB

    Build

    Sowandox finances and builds. Not an agency delivery. The product has to run, not just demo well.

    What happens
    The product is built inside Sowandox. Stack, operations and payments are the same as for the companies already here.

    We write the code, set up operations, and pay for them.

  3. Step 03 · Launched, run by Sowandox

    Operations

    Launched and run under Sowandox. Real use, real costs, real revenue.

    What happens
    First users. First revenue, or the proof that it will not come. This is the step that decides a spin-off.

    We run production, handle whatever support comes in, and look at the numbers without dressing them up.

  4. Step 04 · Spun off · Sowandox stays an owner

    Spin-off

    When it pays its own way, a separate company is formed. Sowandox remains an owner, a partner, or both.

    What happens
    A limited company with its own name, its own books, its own public face. Sowandox is no longer the operating company – it is owner or partner.
    Sowandox does
    We stay on as owner, partner or both and hand over day-to-day operations.
