StatusLooking for new ventures

We’re always looking for the next venture.

Sowandox is not an agency you hire. It is a company that can bring capital, build capacity and operations – and is willing to share the risk with you until there is something to spin off.

Owned and run by Sowandox AB

(01) What we bring

+ Always included, whichever way in

  • Operations
  • Payments
  • Monitoring

(02) How it works

Four steps, in order.

We come in early and we stay. The full model

  1. 01

    Idea

An internal experiment – or a pitch from outside. We only take in what we can build and operate ourselves.

  2. 02

    Build

Sowandox finances and builds. Not an agency delivery. The product has to run, not just demo well.

  3. 03

    Operations

Launched and run under Sowandox. Real use, real costs, real revenue.

  4. 04

    Spin-off

When it pays its own way, a separate company is formed. Sowandox remains an owner, a partner, or both.

(03) We are not

  • Agency.

That’s Svensk Synlighet. We don’t take website projects here.

  • Fund.

Our own money, no LPs. We don’t write a cheque and sit back – we build.

  • Accelerator.

No cohort, no demo day. One idea at a time, for real.

(04) Pitch an idea

Room for one more.

Got an idea that should become a company – but lack the capital or technical capacity? Sowandox can invest, finance, partner and build. One sentence is enough to start.

Next step: name and email. Then it goes to info@sowandox.com.

What we take on

  • A concrete product, not “an app in the AI space”.
  • Something we can build with the stack we already run.
  • A founder who wants to stay in the company, not just pitch it.
  • Early enough that Sowandox actually changes the outcome.

What we don’t take on

  • A website, agency work, or “can you just set up WordPress”.
  • A round where we are only a name on the cap table.
  • Ideas we cannot run the day you fall ill.
  • Things that need a lab, a factory, or a licence we do not have.
